Introduce a holistic approach to the Sport by blending “Activity with Passivity” and striking a balance between “Fight Or Flight response” and the phenomenon of “Rest & Digest”

Prevent physical disharmony / injuries and address psychological impediments in order to maintain a good form, and a consistent performance

Enhance Body Awareness to cultivate Skillful action by orchestrating every movement consciously; Enable superior levels of perception and decision making cognitive skills

Women’s Health

Women’s Health has been “ignored” for decades and measured using the same parameters as that of men.

Our Mission is to:

Bring the Ancient practice of Yoga to the daily lifestyle of Women of the 21st century for her physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual harmony

Awaken the Masterpiece that she has always been, by giving her the right tools/techniques & a nonchalant demeanour to exhibit her femininity

Re-vitalize the modern woman; to enable her to re-discover her innate Resilience

Youth Empowerment

Our goal is to create 1 million highly technically empowered, emotionally intelligent & compassionate Yoga Mentors by 2040.

Education

Our Mission is to:

Break away from the herd mentality and take up the challenge of addressing the issue of “Mechanisation of the Human Brain” in the Indian Education System

Shift the focus on the needs of 21st century which require Real-life problem solving skills like Leadership, Collaboration, Emotional Intelligence, & People Skills

Build an orientation of “whole-brained” education which not only focuses on making the child analytically sound and critically reasoned but also emphasizes on building skills of imagination, creativity and innovation

Eliminate “linear” thought process; do away with conformity and blandness by letting bright ideas prevail and encouraging Out of the Box thinking attitude.

Un-school the conventional mind by introducing a new Literacy Quotient that incorporates “Learn, Unlearn, & Relearn” for the needs of the dynamically changing modern world
